Bad sons of Africa, Ouattara and Cisse
The president Alassane Ouattara of Ivory Cost and the ex Premier minister of the Malian interim government's secret conversations were intercepted by the Malian intelligent services. During which Mr prime minster was putting down and criticising the new military administration-saying that they are ignorant that is why they are forming new relations with the USSR, that will only supply Mali with old gadgets. So they young and stupid soldiers who don't know what they are doing. Ouattara asked Mr Cisse, Why are the people accepting this military interim governement and why are they abandoning the West for the Russia. Mr Cisse assured him that the administration would not be able to pay workers salaries in the next 2 weeks. Alassane Ouatatar also begged Mr Cisse for any new development that may occur before they see in a summit in Addis Ababa.
